THE ART OF WELLNESS:  Convivial Acupuncture & Flower Dye Smash off at the Harvest Arts Festival

This event will happen after a full afternoon of awesome shows. We will be up and a buzz with inspiration and excitement. We will tour the medicianl garden and smoosh flowers and plants on fabric while being generally convivial. We will activate our senses and inner wisdom, ears, eyes and hearts as we get creative with wellness.

ABOUT THE GARDEN WELLNESS CIRCLE: The Wellness Circle meets every second Sunday of the month. It is community garden based. That’s our pharmacy of neighbors, oxygen and plants. We are creating a network for our resilience, our selves, community empowerment and health by sharing our skills, knowledge and traditions. A place to give wellness tips, projects, or plant some new medicinals, maybe bring a salve with the recipe, or seeds, or a words to share.
