SoBi: a new plan for a social bike System> I have lost enough bikes to the “streets”. So I am listening. FYI: one bike on 16th and b’way in 2003. One at 18th/bway in 2008. DO not park your bike on b’way between 14 and 23rd. I spoke to a shop, Fishs Eddy, and they confirmed that their workers often get bikes taken.
