After having to move and reassemble compost bins a few times gardeners at Smiling Hogshead Ranch had the idea of using belts that would easily untie. (A bag of belts at Goodwill cost around $10.)

Standard 4 season cat home TNR program asks for 4 inch insulation and hay inside. I don’t know if these cats survive. Someone is tending them occasionally. Please don’t drop off your unwanted kitty here. Put an ad out a find it a loving home.Roof and historic relics, industrial sculptural elements of building adjacent.
