Neat class Sept 10th at the Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm.

I have had success with a mushroom chunk “patch” from fungi Perfecti which grows shiitake. It is dormant right now. I lost the plastic that went cover it so I made my own. Then it turned green bc of not enough circulation. Apparently, I can hose it off and start again.

The next step is to put a maple log in my garden plot with spores on it like the one pictured.
