“The armature is now all done….sturdy and with the narrow grid…pulp will adhere easier and better….

Now I have one batch of 3 days curing pulp ready to apply this evening or tomorrow evening….

The “papier” covers about 30% of the surface now….
after spreading the pulp is complete…the “ball” has to be sprayed MUD BALL BROWN….after that one or two applications of watery glue…so as to bind the “papier” well and after that we are ready for a STENCIL for applying the Japanese characters…there are FIVE characters…2 for life and 3 for mud ball….the stencil should be at least 6″ by 4″ or maybe a bit larger…to decide by tomorrow…who works on the stencil? the japanese gentleman volunteer?[Shig] the characters are then sprayed in GOLD….over the brown surface….
