The food offering

A guest vegan cook, Honey La Bronx, for the food offering. This month 180 vegan and gluten free black n white cookies were made by Honey. She has a cooking show.

My cookie is in the foreground. The art on the back wall is by this month’s artist in regards to this month’s theme “Trash”. There were many comments and questions. I appreciated that that many people were given time to speak and comment on what is “trash”, the city, Five Points, poster art that deteriorates, home junk…

December’s theme was Light.  Anne and Teddy of Seedbomblovebomb.com made seed balls to throw and energy balls to eat as the food offering.

I had to leave early in Nov. after the John Waters’ clip of Devine cutting this guys hand etc, yuk. and the trashy television give-away contest.

On the way out, I passed the bar with homemade delectables people brought to share and more food for generous food drive donations.
